Building Resilience: Heart Ventilator Donation Program
On 16th February, the Rotary Club of Bombay Seacoast conducted its third CPR training session at the Bandra Kurla Complex Police Station, with approximately 35 police officers participating in a hands-on demonstration. Led by PP Dr. Surendra Soneji, the session featured a live demonstration on a dummy, teaching essential CPR techniques. Thanks to the generous support of Rtn. Gopal and Ann Sangeeta Narang, an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) was donated to the police station—a crucial life-saving device that can significantly impact emergencies. The project was spearheaded by Dr. Soneji, and the following members of the Rotary Club of Bombay Seacoast were present to support this initiative: Rtn. Gopal and Sangeeta Narang, along with their son Advait Narang .

Sunil Devnani created a board displayed outside the police station, indicating the availability of the AED. He also produced an informational placard inside the station to mark the location of the machine. This project represents a vital step towards ensuring public safety and swift emergency response, reinforcing the commitment of Rotary and its members to the community.
